This morning (its nearly 12 p.m. now) I decided to compile a new version of my OOo installation. After cleaning my /usr
slice the df -h
output told me that I have 2.9GB of free space. Nice, OOo needs about 4.0GB. OK, I thought “Let’s try it!”. Some minutes ago (from just right now) I was a little bit afraid because the diskfree output said:
Available: -480M Capacity: 109%
I know, my FreeBSD‘s default file system called ufs2 has some “resources”. But I should try to play for safety and do not take usage of them. However, everything went well and now I know: Also with 2.9GB of free slice space I can compile OOo. 🙂
