10 years ago today the Bitcoin Genesis block was created.
To celebrate the day, I looked for the three best German videos that explain Bitcoin relatively well and each in a maximum of 2 minutes. So if you want to learn what Bitcoin is, you can watch a few videos here:
Even though the current price of Bitcoin (around USD4,000) is relatively far from its all-time high (around USD20,000), it is still far higher than I could have ever imagined. It’s relatively easy to buy Bitcoin these days.
Price aside, Bitcoin and the blockchain technology behind it is absolutely revolutionary. Sooner or later this technology will find its way into all of our lives.
Bitcoin itself will likely survive all of this. Many platforms now make it easier to buy, sell, and store Bitcoin securely, offering a range of tools for both novice and experienced investors. For this reason alone, I believe that Bitcoin will continue to dominate events in the crypto world for at least another 10 years.
